Schedule your Intake Session
Scheduling your Intake Session is the beginning.
This is the very first appointment you have with a practitioner. This includes hands-on 60 min Breathing Session, and conversation about your lifestyle, current health status, and aspirations. During this session, we’ll evaluate the current state of your nervous system, your breathing pattern, and create a foundation for further work, in tune your goals, whether they're related to athletic performance, stress management, creative expression or overall wellbeing. To book your Intake Session, select a date, time and location that works best for you.

Breathing Space creates a neutral, non-directive space where individuals can explore their inner landscape. The facilitator serves as a compassionate witness who creates a spacious container for self-discovery, offering expertise and support without imposing any direction. Through Conscious Connected Breathing – a gentle yet powerful circular breathing pattern – we activate the body's natural healing capacity and enter expanded states of consciousness. The process begins with laying down on a comfortable Breathing Mat, supported by blankets and pillows if necessary. The practice is accompanied by carefully curated music, precise verbal guidance, and intuitive hands-on support. As you connect your inhale and exhale into a continuous flow, a breath gradually builds to create a subtle energetic charge in the body. As your introspective experience deepens facilitator uses touch and elements of bodywork to identify and release areas of physical tension. This somatic support helps move stuck energy and emotions through the body safely, allowing for deep release without overwhelm. The journey naturally progresses into states of deep meditation, accessing realms of pure consciousness – what Eastern traditions call 'wuji' or the great void. Here, many experience profound states of bliss and connection to source energy, touching dimensions beyond ordinary awareness. How To Prepare For Your
Virtual Breathwork Session
This guide will help you prepare everything you need for a smooth, effective experience. Following these steps will ensure we make the most of our time together.
Practice Space Setup
Location
Choose a quiet location where you won't be disturbed for the duration of our session. Clear enough floor space for you to lie down comfortably with your arms and legs extended. Set up a yoga mat or comfortable surface on the floor.

Comfort
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Set your room temperature to a comfortable level. Have tissues nearby. Optional additions: eye pillow, blanket for warmth, small pillow or cushion for head support, bolster or rolled towel for knee support if needed.

Pre-Session
Try not to eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of our session. Do not intake drugs or alcohol before our session. Use the bathroom before we begin. Have water available. Remove any restrictive clothing or jewelry.


Technical Setup
Video Conference
We'll be using Google Meet for our session.
You will recieve the meeting link prior to our appointment.

Camera Positioning
Position your camera so I can clearly see your full torso. This is essential for me to observe your breathing pattern. Ensure your space is well-lit so I can clearly see you.

Audio Setup
Wether you are using AirPods, headphones, speaker, your mobile phone or a laptop, make sure you can clearly hear both my verbal cues and the background music. I will provide a playlist on Spotify or Soundcloud prior to our session.
